Fermentation: Sauerkraut & Fermented Vegetables

The Advanced Fermentation Class will be on Sauerkraut & Mixed Fermented Vegetables. In this next level class, Jillian will focus solely on the preparation of fermenting various types of cabbage into Sauerkraut, as well as an assortment of mixed vegetables. This will be a hands-on event, each participant will be able to go through the process themselves and be able to take home the ferments that they have made in class. Jillian will provide all of the items for the class (including the food); the only required item will be to bring your own kitchen knife to do the chopping.
Must be 18 years of age or older
