WHAT TO BRING:

We will explore the traditional method of lacto-fermented pickles and vegetables. Learn the technique of how to make half sour and full sour cucumber pickles. We will also discuss how to flavor them as well as keep the crunch during the fermentation process. Each attendee will take home what we make in class. All materials will be provided except for a kitchen knife.
