Dairy has played a large role in America since the early 1600s. However, for the last 500 years, Florida’s cattle industry has been a large contributor to both the economy and natural resources. In an effort to celebrate Florida’s Agricultural heritage, come take this hands on cheese making class. JoAnn Mancuso will teach students to make mozzarella and ricotta cheeses from scratch to take home. You will discover how easy these cheeses are to make and how wonderful homemade cheese tastes.

*Students are asked to bring a pot (large enough to fit a half gallon carton) and pan (that can hold a few inches of water) for class.
