Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine, with the first reference dating to 1154 in Sicily. In this class, you will learn how to make three different types of pasta from scratch. Ravioli, which is a stuffed pasta; and Gnocchi, a potato pasta and noodles that can be dried and later cooked at home. Students will learn how to make, shape and cook their own pasta.
Please bring a rolling pin and a clean hand-size towel to class.
Must be at least 12 years of age or older.
